A reference space built for your daily work: multi-reference glossaries, terminology collections and norm-related reference structures for automation, robotics, industrial communication, AI and adjacent fields. Each entry defines its term, names its sources and links related concepts, so you can look up, compare and cite terminology with confidence. Naming a term or standard never implies compliance.

AI TechDoc Knowledge | Glossaries and Frameworks
A reference space for the terms, norms and frameworks behind technical documentation in the age of AI.
A standalone architecture model for system coordination. Its eight elements, SC1 to SC8, describe how software, control, communication, motion, safety, diagnostics, people and models work together across defined layers and interfaces. The framework is a conceptual model in its own right, separate from the glossaries, and serves as a reference for analyzing, designing and discussing coordinated systems.
A personal space for notes and reflections on clarity, safety and semantics, and on technology that empowers the people who use it. The notes follow the intersection of regulation, technical documentation and product communication, where a precise sentence decides whether a system is understood, trusted and used safely.

From knowledge graphs to adaptive semantics
Evolving DITA and iiRDS digital twins for AI
By Michael Iantosca, Senior Director of Content Platforms and Knowledge Engineering.
What I cover
Six fields, one editorial standard.
AI regulation
What the EU AI Act, the Machinery Regulation and related frameworks actually require from the teams who build, deploy and document AI systems.
Technical documentation
Methods, templates and editorial standards for instructions, conformity files and risk records that stay accurate, auditable and genuinely useful.
Semantic systems
Metadata models, taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs that make content findable for people and reliable for machines.
Information architecture
Structured content, DITA XML, content reuse and terminology management — the groundwork that lets documentation scale across products and languages.
AI-ready content
Writing for machines and people at once: retrieval-ready content, clear procedures and the quiet failure modes that appear when a model paraphrases a warning.
Product marketing
Turning product knowledge into clear positioning, messaging and launch content — consistent with the documentation and credible to technical buyers.

EvoOntology vs. iiRDS: understanding two divergent ontology paradigms
A shift from curated metadata standards to self‑evolving semantic systems. EvoOntology introduces dynamic runtime semantics, while iiRDS strengthens its role as a stable metadata standard. This article explains how both paradigms shape different parts of the future of intelligent information delivery.
